Faith-Based Mental Health Coaching
$80.00
Faith-Based Mental Health Coaching at MedCentre offers a clinically informed, Christ-centered space to care for your mind, body, and spirit together. As psychiatric pharmacology experts with training in spiritual formation, we understand both the realities of depression, anxiety, trauma, and burnout, and the hope that Scripture brings to those who suffer.
In our coaching sessions, we explore what you are facing-emotional pain, complicated relationships, medication decisions, or life transitions-through both a biblical lens and sound mental health principles. We do not replace your pastor, therapist, or prescriber; instead, we help you weave these supports together so you feel anchored rather than pulled in different directions.
A key component of this service is Faith-Based Coping Strategies. We work with you to build practical, day-to-day tools rooted in your relationship with Christ: guided Scripture meditation for anxious thoughts, prayer rhythms that fit your energy level, gratitude and lament practices, and values-based decision-making when you are overwhelmed. We also discuss how to discern when medications, counseling, or lifestyle changes may support your healing, and how to talk about these choices within your faith community.
For individuals involved in ministries, recovery programs, or caregiving roles, this coaching can create space to process compassion fatigue, spiritual doubt, or shame around mental health symptoms. We emphasize God's grace, your dignity, and the biblical truth that seeking help is an act of wisdom, not weakness.
You leave each session with clear next steps-simple exercises, conversation prompts for loved ones or leaders, and, when desired, written reflections to bring to your healthcare providers. The goal is not quick fixes, but steady, Spirit-led growth toward emotional stability, clearer thinking, and renewed hope.
